Apache Tomcat 11.0.20, 10.1.53 and 9.0.116 ship an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-29146 that lets a remote, unauthenticated attacker bypass the EncryptInterceptor, leaving data it should protect unencrypted and readable. Exploited in the wild; can be chained with CVE-2025-24813.
