CVE-2025-14733WatchGuard Firebox — key exchange overflow (CVE-2025-14733)

The key exchange process in WatchGuard's Fireware writes outside its buffer, so an unauthenticated attacker can run code on the appliance. Both mobile-user and branch-office tunnels using IKEv2 with a dynamic peer are affected.

YOUR NEXT MOVE

Apply the Fireware update from WatchGuard advisory WGSA-2025-00027 now; ransomware crews use this, so treat an exposed appliance as compromised.
