CVE-2024-58136Yii 2 — attacker-controlled class key attaches behaviour

Yii 2 before 2.0.52 mishandles a class key in request data when attaching behaviour, which a remote attacker turns into running code. It is a regression of an earlier fix and reaches products built on Yii, Craft among them.

YOUR NEXT MOVE

Upgrade Yii to 2.0.52 or later now, and check any framework built on it for its own advisory; exploitation ran from February to April 2025.
