CVE-2024-23897Jenkins CLI Arbitrary File Read — Path Traversal to Code Execution

The Jenkins command line interface silently replaces an argument beginning with '@' by the contents of the file it names, so an unauthenticated attacker can read arbitrary files off the controller — including the secrets that lead to code execution.

YOUR NEXT MOVE

Upgrade Jenkins past 2.441 (LTS past 2.426.2) or disable the command line interface; then rotate every credential the controller could read.
