CVE-2008-0015Windows Video ActiveX control — stack overflow from a web page

A video control shipped with Windows 2000 through Server 2008 overflows a stack buffer when a crafted web page drives it, letting that page run code with the rights of whoever is browsing. Exploited in the wild from July 2009.

YOUR NEXT MOVE

Retire these Windows versions — every one is far out of support, and the MS09-037 update was the last fix they ever received.
